Meet Chef Esco

Chef Tonya Escoffery has been proud to call The Queen City home for the past 25 years. Growing up in South Florida she decided to relocate to Charlotte, NC to settle down and raise her three children.

For the last 10 years Chef Tonya Escoffery has been cooking up beautiful and delicious dishes in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Her food is influenced by dishes from her parent’s homeland of Jamaica, and the likes of Southern Cuisine.

She was inspired by the story that food tells and how it brings people from all walks of life together, and her dishes reflect her dedication to nourishing delicious food with a nod to her heritage.
